Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on quality clothing that you will love. If there is something that doesn’t work for you specifically, please read below to learn all the details of our refund process.

 

● You have 7 days to return your item(s). Anything after the 7 day mark is nonrefundable. If there is an issue after the 7 day mark you can contact either Kristin or Molly to discuss the circumstances and go from there. All contact information is listed in the contact link on the website.

 

● All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the tags attached. No makeup stains or pet hair. They must also be odor free, meaning no smells of perfume, smoke, etc. We have the right to refuse any return if items do not meet this criteria.

 

● Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns.

 

● All Pre Orders are final sale. Payment is due at the time of ordering the pre-order, and the buyer will be given a date when to expect the item’s delivery.

 

● If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery date.

 

● All sale items are final sale. These items will be marked as final sale on your receipt.
